Unlike a store-bought mouthguard, a professionally fitted appliance is designed specifically for your mouth, teeth, bite, and individual needs.
Who a sleep appliance may help
A sleep appliance may be an option for some people with mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea or habitual snoring. It may also be considered for patients who cannot tolerate CPAP or prefer to discuss another treatment approach.
